4 Skirt Steaks, cleaned & portioned
Place all ingredients into a seal-able bag, and move everthing around in your hands until completely incorporated. Allow to marinate for 24 hours. Remove from bag and wipe away any large pieces of the marinade with your hands. Season liberally with course sea salt, and freshly ground pepper.
Please steaks on a medium-high grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare doneness. Once cooked, allow to rest for at least 6 minutes before slicing against the grain.
Enjoy with caramelized onions and frites, with your favourite aioli!
